Wonder what they are planning to do.
Some suggested to have the + riding speed items be used as the same way as the new summoning system. Click it to learn it and it will be perm. on your mount.

they tried riding crops as mount enchants, I didn't like it personally and a lot of ppl didn't... there's an achievement to get 50 mounts, last thing I want is 50 riding crops =P

No, I didn't mean ON your mount I meant as a perm. chant on your toon. So it affects all your mounts.
Still think this is just one more drop in the bucket of stupid ideas from Blizzard, but that's just me.

Are achievements shared across characters?
For example, the 50 mount one...is that amongst ALL characters or individual character?

Not 100% sure on that mitho. Some I know only goes for one toon, but I heard that some achievements that are being planned are shared. Don't quote me on that since I'm not sure, its just a rumor that I heard.

I know some achievements are per account...as are some item drops. Some of the new "heirloom" items actually scale with level...so you can get an item and send it to your alts and it's perfectly useable.
You can transfer them through mail, but they are bound to your account...

Im looking forward to the NEW version of the ZA timed run, 1st a bronze drake from the 5 man heroic CoT:Strat. 2nd a 10 man raid, a Black Drake, and 3rd is teh same event on a 25 man setting gets you http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?item=43954#screenshots the Twilight drake

So when u want an achievement do you have to do anything special to start it? Like open it up? or is it automatic? And do regular mounts count or just epic and rare?
