I trained it on Saturday. It's basically 100% duration increase to the elixirs and flasks.

I used an elixir and it lasted for 2 hours.

Note it only affects your created elixirs some say. Elixirs from shatt for an example doesn't work.

That is a nice perk for those alchemists out there.

Yea it is only the flasks and elixirs that you can create that have the increased effect.
