My guess is
Midnight-2AM troubleshooting install problems
3AM-5AM-troubleshooting login problems
5AM-7AM-troubleshooting video and game performance issues
7AM-9AM-not completing quests in start zones due to overcrowding
9AM-sleep

Been tracking the Blizz posts about all this and they claim that once you upgrade, restart your client (which will give you the last little bit of data) everything will run just fine.

Loosie....you forgot to mention being stuck at # 754 in the queue for 3 hours !!!!!
Glad to see Fenlnir is an optimist but if their track record is any indication it will be a little while before the game is running normal.

I'm willing to be optimistic, but I don't see it being smooth. It might be smooth at launch, but we all know that they have issues within a week that will take a major patch to fix. I cite the 800mb bug fixes that went through in the past few weeks.
