Just farm random's. badge farming is the best way to gear up fast.

well Edge of Ruin probably isn't the best tank weapon for a warrior =]
J/K
yeah farming badges off heroics is hands-down the best way. You can be in 5/5 t9 within a week or 2 easily, plus the other badge gear to fill in the gaps.

If you farm randoms non-stop and run the new heroics.. you should be able to get in all 232 gear within a week most likely

Just buy all the t9 gear with triumph emblems and run the new heroics for whatever gear you're missing

Do 5 mans, there's a lot going on regularly in the guild. Do ToC raids when they pop up. If all else fails find the nearest tank and jack their $#@%!
Those are the viable options for raiding.
If you don't plan on raiding, just amass money for Cataclysm items, enchants, and what not. Heaven knows with the next expansion probably 3 or so months away, that wouldn't actually hurt. Dailies, 5 mans, rep runs, and mat gathering. A smart person would gun for 10k minimum so that when they level in Cat, they don't have financial issues holding them back.
Your choice,
-B
