In all seriousness though, here's what I see:

1) Too much idle time. I get that your assignment is heal _______, but that doesn't mean you can't heal someone else if your assignment is doing fine. I always watch my assignments first and foremost, but damn near never stop casting, I've always got something rolling. Use your quickest little flash heals to snipe that raid damage. **all this providing you do not have mana issues**

2) Close recount...... open it between fights if you want, but why bother having it up in combat. Might make you second guess something.
